We use Kajabi as a platform in which you purchase our products or membership subscriptions through. Kajabi stores the information you input when you create an account, but does not store payment information. This service provider is not permitted to use the information collected on our behalf except to help us conduct and improve our business. Mailchimp stores your email address so that we can send you newsletters, surveys, and other marketing communications. All platforms we use are committed to GDPR in their own practices.  

How do we protect personal information?

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you purchase a product or membership or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted to be only accessed as stated above. All third-party platforms we use are committed to GDPR in their own practices in keeping your personal information secure.

Do we use "cookies"?

We use Google Analytics to analyze visitor behavior to better enhance your experience with our website and brand as a whole. The information used in all visit analysis is anonymous whenever possible. We do not use any information in an attempt to personally identify you. We handle all information as personal data for as long as it contains client targeting information, such as an IP address. Any data collected that can be linked to a certain customer in some way are treated as personal information.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. ‘Outside parties’ does not include website hosting partners and other parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
